Good Morning! Happy Holidays everyone and welcome back to another lovely blog post. Today I was thinking of what are some cool things you can gift your clients to show them appreciation this holiday season. Your clients come to you month after month and shower you with happy conversation, lots of tips, and sometimes a snack or two. So what is it you can do for them to return that love you both share. Client Christmas gift bags of course! Let’s look at some ideas! And possibly save some dollars too!
Starting off, I want to recommend a gift bag, very easy to have and you don’t even have to wrap it. Most gift bags can be purchased from the dollar store or in bulk from a department store such as Walmart of Target. These little bags are very cute for the little ideas we shall throw in.
Next up, we’re gone start catering to our clients, now as nail techs we want them to go home with the right materials to have their nails last long as they possibly can before coming back for their usual fill. So we shall start off with Cuticle Oil. Whether you want to bottle it yourself of purchase mini bottles, they make a great stocking stuffer, or bag stuffer in this instance. Also, they will keep those eponychiums from peeling and cracking! We love a win win situation.
After some cuticle oil, we shall gift them possibly a file, buffer, or nail wipe. Whether you choose one or all three, they all have benefits for your client. Sometimes those razor sharp stilettos aren’t practical for their job and after the picture we take at the table they might want to file it or buff it to b a bit rounder. Maybe they have matte nails and with an alcohol wipe they can wipe the surface of those greasy phalanges and matte them all over again. So thinking ahead is beneficial to you and your client.
Now you’re probably thinking does everything have to be nail related? Absolutely not! I say throw in a small candle, a lot of people love candles and they make the perfect gift any season. But a happy dose of a wick filled room does get feeling of Christmas joy going when you smell that fresh balsam and cedar, apple pie, Mary Jane, or marshmallow in the air. But what if your clients don’t like candles? Well thats ok too, possibly a cute holiday mug would be nice too. It is a small token to say thanks for being so wonderful, and hey next time you drink your coffee, you’ll be thinking of me. *inserts awkward wink*
Last but not least, no gift would be complete without those little knick knacks that just scream grandma was here and gave you her big ol box of candy canes, pocket lint, and pennies. But for now we shall just give the candy canes, which are the most cost effective gift. They come in bulk and even fun flavors too, toss each one in the gift bags and ta dah, you have wonderful client bags ready to hand out and say thank you for being so swell.
No matter what you choose to do this holiday season, I am very sure your clients are going to love it. Because it is a special gift from the heart. So enjoy your holiday season and continue singing those merry tunes, you’ve got work to do! I’ll see you later sweets.
Great ideas!!!
