How to service more clients in a week.

Hey all! Are you looking to make more money? Are you trying to service more clients in a week? Well there are different ways you can do that by changing your habits in your salon. Too often do we spend time in frivolous things and waste time when we could be making more money.

So what are those ways to get more clients in? Well I’ll tell ya! Now this blog will be more so be about you, and what you can do to improve. After all, even the slightest improvements can make us 1% better. And with that everyday, we can reach 100% easy!

Step 1

Change your time. If you are taking too much time doing something then you’re wasting time. Most nail services can reasonably done in less than 2 hours. Do you need to speed up? Try out working with a timer to see how long you take and what can you cut to be faster on your service.

Step 2

Already be prepped. Having your tools and equipment ready and within reach will drastically improve your nail sets. Scrambling to get all of your materials when your client is waiting makes you slower. Be prepped and ready.

Step 3

Know what you are doing before they arrive. Do you have a full book? Or semi full? Well before your clients come in, ask them prior what service are they getting done so you can have your nail art handy. You having your choices ready versus them going through your things and not making up their mind will seriously hinder you.

Step 4

Pre-book clients. Before each client leaves to go, pre book their next appointment and fit them in to maximize your day. If you have an extra spot on your schedule to spare squeeze that client in, even if you go over your usual open/close times. Maximize your time.

Step 5

Look down. When having conversation, stay looking down. It’ll keep you on track and won’t interrupt the service every time you want to stop to say something or talk with your hands. Saving you lots of time.
