Hi everyone! I made sure I used plural to let you know it is multiple people here but I’m glad YOU could be here. Any who, I am so excited to say that my nails have made their way to a nail commercial. Let me show you!
What did you think? These were the nails I made for LaLa RI, she was a contestant on RuPaul’s Drag Race, season 13. I met her last year when my best friend Angeria referred her to me. One day out of the many days we have spoken she asked me to make her a really nice elaborate set, and since it was during the Christmas time, I went above and beyond to say happy holidays! And whoa did it pay off! These gorgeous gals were shown nationally!
I have to tell you, I love working with LaLa Ri, as she is so humble, pays my prices without question, and loves really extravagant stuff! She is that perfect client! How many of us can say we have that type of client, and if so how many do we have?
So when I saw my nails, I didn’t know to be excited for her or me or both of us, I was just too happy! I remember screaming on the couch with my bestie as we kept rewinding back the commercial to zoom in. Oh the joy is real. How many times can we look at our nails and be proud to see them, after they leave the table? We usually just do them and move on. So to see them on TV was amazing for me, and of course I just had to let you all know.
I can’t wait for more adventures and showings and to see where nails in general takes me. It is a lovely ride and I am so glad to be riding along.
