5 tips to make you a better nail tech!

Hey all and welcome back to another blog post! I tried something new, I wrote these 5 tips to make you a better nail tech and I loved them so much I added them to Facebook. Usually, I make ya read! But I felt like I wanted to give these a chance to be seen by more people. Tune in below to see what they are.

Ya know, I love helping people, it’s a real big joy of mine. However, not everyone in this world is so ready to help everyone without asking for a Penny first. They say Madison, stop giving out so much for free. People should pay you for that information!

So here are 5 FREE tips.

  1. For social media, wanna gain more traction and views, stick to a schedule. Terrible at schedules? Tell yourself twice a week, if you forgot until Friday. Well post on Friday and then something else on Saturday. But be scheduled in some way!
  2. How to take better pictures. Have a clean background. You can use fun prints and objects, but if they’re busy, we will get distracted and lose sight on your nails.
  3. They say wear the art you want your clients to have. Ok, what if you don’t wear nails, like me?
    I make 5 nails, on full cover tips. Literally sit them at the base of my lamp and clients talk about them everytime, why, because it’s vastly different from the solid color nail.
  4. Don’t be afraid to talk to your clients. Havin your head down all day hurts, engage and listen to them. Learn to reactively respond but also maintain to be efficient in your service.
  5. Why is speed so important to you? You’re gonna be slow. Doing nails takes time, and doing NICE ones takes even longer. And guess who realizes that, your clients. But be realistic, are you truly moving slow or just took your time to do a good job worth appreciating.
