My nails went to the Emmy awards!

Hey all and welcome back to another amazing blog post! Or atleast I hope so! I wanted to tell you a story about how my nails went off to the 2022 Emmy awards!

I was lucky or fortunate enough to be featured on the red carpet. Do you remember the story I told about how my best friend is a celebrity. And how he got on a show called RuPaul’s Drag Race. Well the entire cast was sent out to the Emmy Awards that year.

She wasn’t sure what she was going to wear and she decided on something very bright. Mainly just to look pretty. But oh my gawd did she stand out. She picked out this super gorgeous yellow gown with matching hair.

I think she turned out oh so pretty. Her look was truly stunning. It was a very elegant yellow gown with nude illusions. Featuring yellow stoning as well so it just sparkled in the light. And from the stories she tells me, everyone saw her from anywhere and some even wanted a picture with the yellow lady.

How cool right, standing out for all the right reasons. So of course I had to make some amazing nails to match her gorgeous gown. Having seen the dress before hand I chose to do a set inspired by all of the swirls and patterns of her gown. I thought that would be oh so pretty and cute. And of course I had to make it match with the stoning as well. Team yellow on yellow. Lastly I finished it off with a bunch of beautiful glitter.

Overall I loved what I did and it felt like such an achievement to be able to say my nails went to the Emmy’s and walked the red carpet. I was in a cloud. It nearly felt like I was there myself. Of course this adds to my resume of work and that’s a bonus too. But mostly I’m just happy for the recognition and the honor. I never thought I would ever have that happen in my career so I’m glad that I have achieved it.

So while quite a short story. It’s still a nice one to tell. A diary entry if you will. I do hope you enjoyed the story and the nails. And if you wanna see more art that I did for her. Click the link here. Until then, I’ll see you later sweets.
